Metlife and BCBS were on the fence about signing contact extensions as ACI’s legacy billers platform was very dated and it was real evident the company did not invest in UX in the past. I remedied the situation and saved the relationship between both Clients and they were excited to sign and start development on their new Modernized Platforms.

These platforms enable customers to conveniently view all their medical, dental, and vision bills in one centralized location. The portal's user-friendly interface simplifies the payment process, offering a seamless e-commerce checkout experience. My design focused on enhancing accessibility and ease of use, ensuring a smooth and efficient billing experience for patients.
