UX Lead of a team of 3 UX Designers in the creation of a new Payments Hub for high-value Swift transactions. Designing a comprehensive portal that manages everything from user login to CSR workflows (ex. Transaction Search, Transaction History, Repair Cue, Admin User Management etc) This project, which took over six months of daily collaboration with product owners, PMs, and development managers, became a cornerstone of ACI's business. A key focus was simplifying complex data on the transaction details screen, reducing over 100 inputs to only what was essential for users to identify issues quickly.
